If you are managing an accommodation business such a small hotel, a bed and breakfast or just renting an apartment, your guests can check-in at any time. You can use the Remote Key Delivery service on top of the Argo Smart devices in order to:

Grant access from remote to your guests.
Manage your hospitality business remotely and in mobility.
Provide a great user experience to your guests.

PAY PER USE

The remote key delivery is a Pay per Use service you can add or remove at anytime using the two additional free apps Argo Host and Argo Guest and the Argo Cloud Platform of the Argo virtual key delivery service. The remote key delivery is an additional optional service on top of the standard Argo system and priced only on usage. Each time Argo Host generates a virtual key, the account key credit is decremented by 1. However, the same virtual key can be shared among all guests of the same room, in the same period of stay, including all the common doors in the path to the room. The remote key delivery can be used for incoming guests while the staff or permanent users can use the free invitations function to self register in the doorlocks.

KEY CREDIT

A key credit account is associated to each plant where the key credits are stored. Each virtual key issued decreases the credit by one. The host can “reload” key credits for additional virtual keys by activating Argo key credits codes.

Argo key credit codes are hidden into reload scratch cards with 12 months validity: your need to reload your account at least every 12 months otherwise your current credit will be frozen.

After reloading you will also reactivate the previous frozen credits. The account will be permanently deleted if no reload is happening after 24 months from the last one.

VIRTUAL KEYS

Virtual keys are delivered in the Argo Guest by email, SMS or any other communication App from the Argo Host.

OPEN DOOR

Your guest press on Argo Guest the button of the assigned door.
With the Argo Host you can revoke at any time virtual keys and issue new one in case of room change or extensions of stay.

Argo Host and Argo Guest require internet connection to the cloud Platform of the Argo virtual key delivery service.
